AOMB Polska Sp. z o.o. started operations on 27 July 2009

We are proud to announce that AOMB Polska Sp. z o.o. officially started operations and opened an office in Warsaw, Poland on 27 July 2009.
The company has been formed as a partnership between a Polish patent attorney, Jakub Sielewiesiuk, and a Dutch patent attorney firm, Algemeen Octrooi- en Merkenbureau B.V. (AOMB), Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
The Warsaw office of AOMB Polska Sp. z o.o. has been established at the premises of and in close cooperation with CMS Cameron McKenna Dariusz Greszta - a company associated with one of the largest European legal corporations - CMS Cameron McKenna.
The decision to form a company in Poland and enter the Polish market directly, under the AOMB brand, is the result of increasing interest of AOMB clients in obtaining IP-protection in Central and Eastern Europe, in particular in Poland. AOMB also expects accelerated economical growth in that region, which may result in a growing demand for professional IP-related services, both from foreign and local companies.
Close cooperation with CMS Cameron McKenna enables us to provide reliable service not only in obtaining IP protection, but also in executing IP rights and handling all related legal issues (e.g. infringement cases, litigation, disputes).
